Co-OpWorld is the Business of the near future.

Co-OpWorld has something for everyone.

Co-OpWorld is built around the principle of Co-Operation and creating Win-Win situations. (we call it Co-OpItalism)

This page identifies the What's In It For Me for our key groups of members of our community. We see these groups as 'stakeholders' in our business. Co-OpWorld is a new breed enterprise that seeks to benefit not just our shareholders, but each of these key groups. So when it comes to setting pricing it is done in a way to create maximum benefit rather than just maximum profit. We also endeavour to provide a number of free services to benefit the communities we serve.

Discover Co-Opitalism:
A new business model with more of a "Human" side.

We have coined the term Co-OpItalism to describe what we believe is a very powerful new type of business model. A business model that takes the best bits of Capitalism, and adds a more 'human' side to it, to create sustainablity.

We are a member-driven Community Business that 'puts its money where its mouth is' by distributing 80% of what would normally be retained as profits back to its members and member chosen charities and community groups.

Initially most income will be pumped back into growing the network to create even more value for all. Consequently it is anticipated that the business will not be profitable until late in 2006. You can of course start making money immediately through our free affiliate program.

When we enter profitability, each month 80% of what is left from our revenue after paying expenses will be distributed IN BONUS PAYMENTS to our members.

The 80% distribution is placed into a Bonus Pool which is split FIVE (5) ways.

50% Active members
30% Founders
10% Charities voted by the members
5% General members
5% Investors and key senior managment

Get Involved To Participate In These Bonuses.
Co-OpWorld is a free-to-earn community.

Bonus Pools and Co-OpPoints

We are a member-driven Community Business that will distribute 80% of what would normally be retained as profits back to its members and member chosen charities and community groups via a series of FIVE (5) Bonus Pools.

Early income will be pumped back into growing the business and our network of community websites and Virtual 3-D Expos, to create even more value for all. Consequently, it is anticipated that the business will not be profitable until late in 2007.

You will, of course, be able to earn immediate income through our free affiliate program , by 'spreading the word'.

How To Determine Your Share Of The Bonus Pools

When the business becomes profitable (or in September 2006 whichever is the earlier), we will start publishing details on Sales Revenue and Expenses. Thsi will be done through a very open and accountable accounting system, that will be audited annually.

We will then declare the amount to be distributed via the Bonus pools. This will be 80% of (Revenue - Expenses) excluding this bonus expense.

The bonus will then be split into the the 5 Bonus Pools

50% Active members

Half of the overall Bonus Pool is distributed in proportion to the number of Co-OpPoints each member has for that month.

You earn points by:

  • spending in the Co-OpWorld Communities
  • introducing members who spend.
  • introducing members who are 'active' meaning they log-in to their account each month
  • adding value to the community such as helping out as a Forum moderator, or trainer or you just come up with a great idea

30% A maximum of 20,000 founders
People who help out in the early stages of our rollout, will be eligible for life-long earnings (in fact when you die you can even bequeath the earnings)
10% Charities voted by the members
(these must be charities with tax exemp status in their country of operation)

5% General members

Not a big sum but it will allow us to say when we become profitable, that you EARN , EVERYtime, EVERYone in the community purchases commissionable products

5% Investors and key senior management

Active Members Pool (50%)

Co-OpWorld will be running what is shaping up to become one of the most powerful member reward programs the world has seen.

We will effectively be distributing 40% (50% of the 80% total bonus pool) of what would normally be profits via our Active Member Rewards program.

As you participate in our community you will be able to earn monthly Co-OpPoints. These Co-OpPoints do not have a fixed value, however they do entitle you to a share in the bonus pool. The best bit is uyou don't even need to spend a cent to participate.

It's our way of rewarding people for getting involved.

There are many ways you'll be able to earn points, with the common theme being active contribution to growing our Community Network. We want to give you a real sense of ownership and participation in the community , so that you can experience the benefits of Co-OpItalism or Community Commerce as we also call it. It's where people discover the power of Co-Operation.

Distributing Cash to You

Each Month we add up the total Co-OpPoints on issue for that month and then divide the pool to the members in proportion to their Co-OpPoints balance.

Once you have accrued $20 you can withdraw it as cash, or convert it to Co-OpCash the medoum of exchange we'll have in the community for buying products and services.

Co-OpCash will be available once we build our member-to-member transaction platform and will be the International alternative to US dollars for the purchase of products in our network. In the future people will be able to purchase Co-OpCash as one-to-one for the US Dollar and you will be able to maintain an account balance in Co-OpCash regardless of where you live.

Some of the ways you'll be able to earn Co-OpPoints:

  • Logging in to your account
  • Introducing friends who are active (they login to their account)
  • Volunteering, we'll have bonuses for active volunteers such as moderators of the chat rooms and forums.
  • Spending money within the network. Each dollar spent will earn you a Co-OpPoint.
  • Introducing friends who spend money in the network
  • There will be Co-OpPoints giveaways at our Expos, Seminars and 7 Minute Networking events
  • and many more ways as the community grow

Some points will be carried through and accrue from month to month, others will only be valid for that particular month.

Founders Pool (30%)

We'll also be rewarding those people who make an outstanding contribution to the growth of the Community. This will entitle those peoplke to a perpetual share in the rewards.

Even if you no longer are active, you'll still be earning a share of the bonus pools, no matter how large they grow.

We have a total of 100,000 founders points to issue to a maximum of 20,000 people.

These will be issued as a recognition of service to the Community. One aspect of this will be the Monthly Awards, where we will nominate at least 5 people who will be rewarded for activities such as Volunteerism and Sales.

Thsi initiative commences in October 2007 and will be announced on the first day of the following month. Each of these people will receive at least 2 founders points.

We will have other prizes and performance rewards as the Network grows.

We will be instituting a system where the membership can nominate and vote for these awards and that information will be reviewed by the Founder Review Committee which is a group that will be elected each year to oversee the process.

Charities Pool (10%)

People will be able to vote for Charities that have registered with Co-OpWorld to accept donations from us. We will donate 10% of the overall Bonus pool to these charities in proportion to the number fo votes they have received from the membership. To be eligible a Charity must have been issued with Tax Exempt status in teh jursidiction they operate. This will include the opportunity for Loacl Chapters to be registered separately.

General Member Pool (5%)

Not a big sum but it will allow us to say when we become profitable, that you EARN , EVERYtime, EVERYone in the community purchases commissionable products regardless of whether you are an active member that has accrued Co-OpPoints.

Investors and Senior Management Pool (5%)

Investors and Senior Management will be issued with shares in this Pool as a recognition of their contribution to the Community.

Communities of Interest: Helping people such as Gardeners, Scrapbookers, Skateboarders get together locally and globally in our Worlds of Interest

Community Groups: Giving Schools, Churches, Sports Clubs and other Non-Profits no-cost ways to communicate and generate funding with our Community Boosters

Co-OpWorld is a free-to-join community giving people in Global and thousands of other local communities around the world, a place to ' have a voice ', interact, transact, search, save time and money and meet others with common interests in a fun and family friendly environment.

Co-OpWorld is an exciting new way to enjoy the fun and benefits of Getting Involved in your Local Community. We help build stronger relationships between the different groups that make Global what it is today.

The Internet has been proven to be highly effective at connecting people to people and businesses to consumers. Companies like Yahoo, Google, eBay and Monster.com connect people in the same way we will be doing, however at Co-OpWorld there are several innovations that will set us apart.

Co-OpWorld is designed around word of mouth marketing and the creation of Win-Win-Win situations by establishing a large network of people working co-operatively. It's about people helping people, but recognizes that to be effective it is important that it is based on the free market forces that have delivered many of the efficiencies that power the world's economies. We call it Co-Opitalism, and are convinced it will help create a more sustainable world where people, as well as money, matter in daily commerce.

Co-OpWorld is an international initiative of Community Enabler Pty. Ltd., a privately held Australian company based in Melbourne, Australia.

In January 2000, eight Australians teamed up with the vision to create a better world with stronger local and global communities, by harnessing the power of the Internet and networks of people spreading the word.

In July 2001, the company was renamed Community Enabler Pty. Ltd. and the project was presented at the Australian Social Entrepreneur's Network Conference in Sydney, Australia.

The original intention was to run the business as a Not-For-Profit company leveraging philanthropic donations/investments and sponsorship funding. After a roadshow of the Australian circuit in 2001, it was recognized that further enhancements of the business model were necessary.

In November 2003, Co-OpWorld went into a prelaunch phase by engaging the Home Business Incubator (HBI) to kickstart the project. This was achieved by HBI building a community of entrepreneurial Internet Marketers to establish a membership base and generate sufficient funds to build the Co-OpWorld business platform. In February 2004, we commenced the LocalWorld's Community Partner Program and in May 2005 launched our Virtual Expos program.

We are currently still in a Beta launch phase and will be working through 2007 to get people involved with using the "Co-OpWorld Community Building Systems" to help bring together people around the world.

The name Co-OpWorld was chosen as an interim name to symbolize our goals to create a world where there is a greater level of co-operation.

It is important to understand that Co-OpWorld is now entering Phase Three of a Ten phase project that has the potential to significantly impact how business is transacted around the world. It is even more important to understand that the blue print that has been laid down, comprises VERY achievable small steps, each of which has plenty of "What's In It For Me" for all stakeholders.

Come join our communities and be in a position to tell your granchildren that you played an important part in getting the Co-OpWorld snowball rolling. Each individual can play an important part, and we have created a business that rewards those who are active.

After joining Co-OpWorld you will have access to more information regarding the benefits and products and services that you can enjoy. So come join our community today. You need never spend a cent to participate and can still enjoy many rewards.
